The Workflow

Your Experience with Julie Licari Photography. From the moment you arrive, every step of your session has been thoughtfully designed with you in mind. You're warmly welcomed and settled in before Julie walks you through a wardrobe review together—ensuring your look is polished, intentional, and camera-ready. From there, you're handed off to one of Julie's preferred hair and makeup stylists, who will have you looking and feeling your absolute best before you ever step on set. Once on set, Julie's calm and encouraging presence takes over. She coaches you through every moment — guiding your posture, expression, and energy so that what comes through the lens feels completely natural and authentically you. And because Julie believes you should love what you're seeing in real time, images are reviewed together live during the session, so there are no surprises and no guesswork. After your session, Julie carefully proofs your images and delivers them either during an in-person viewing day of shoot or via a personalized online proofing gallery — typically within 3 to 5 days.
